Frequently Asked Garden Building Questions

Check out some of the most common questions we get asked about our patio and paving services. If you have any further questions, please get in touch.

Buildings can have a foot print of 15m2 and a height of 2.4m without planning. They have to sit off a boundary which is recommended either way. Anything above this size will need planning but we a always happy to help with enquiries.

The products we use are always top spec for garden buildings. The roofing materials come with 30 – 50 year guarantee and timber is all pressure treated and up to building regulations for house builds. Our buildings with a coat of treatment every couple of years will last a very long time.

We contract in fully qualified electricians to get the correct power from your house to your building to accommodate your needs for the space. We insulate every building with 75mm insulation and a small electric heater can heat the space in no time, if you need to use the area a lot in the winter months we can even get wood burners installed.
